Yahoo reports that early Huss Valley meme edits reused Daniel LaBelle running footage. The exact first source video has not been independently identified in the collected materials. Creator involvement in the meme is not established.
Basis: The reported meme connection is attributed to Yahoo; no exact uncropped source clip has been confirmed.
Daniel LaBelle is a creator whose profile appears in TIME’s TIME100 Creators collection. Yahoo’s Huss Valley explainer links his running-video format to early meme edits. The profile confirms his creator identity but does not verify a particular Huss Valley original clip.

Who is Daniel LaBelle in this search?
TIME’s TIME100 Creators profile identifies Daniel LaBelle and lists the creator handle @daniellabelle. The profile is a general creator reference and does not discuss Huss Valley. It is useful here only for identifying the person named in the meme coverage.
Yahoo describes LaBelle’s comedy videos as running scenes involving costumed pursuers. Its Huss Valley article says meme creators recontextualized that footage by adding an imagined location and warning-style captions. This description belongs to Yahoo’s cultural reporting and is not a statement about a Roblox storyline.
What connection do the sources report?
Yahoo’s article traces an early July 2026 meme edit to a video by LaBelle. It then recounts a comment using a form of the word hussing and a later caption that explicitly named Huss Valley. The article presents these as early moments in the meme’s development.
Those claims are useful as a reported timeline, but the original video has not been independently matched here. The captured seven-segment transcript for a separate candidate is not enough to establish that it is the first clip. The exact uncropped upload and its creator chain remain unresolved.
What the connection does not prove
A creator’s footage can be reused in a meme without the creator making the meme or endorsing its fictional story. The cited TIME profile establishes who LaBelle is, while Yahoo reports how meme posts used running footage. Neither source says he created the Huss Valley Roblox experience.
The official game listing names Huss Valley Official and Place ID 107535308163741. The collected materials do not connect that developer with Daniel LaBelle. This page keeps the meme history and game identity separate until a source establishes more.
